The Firefighter Incentive Awards Committee is appointed by the Moderator. This Committee reviews the attendance records of the Fire Department and recommends awards for those individuals meeting the program award criteria, specifically;

• 50% of scheduled Department Meetings
• 50% of drills or training sessions
• 50% of work details
• 20% of fires/emergency responses
