The MFD Fire Department is always looking for volunteers.

If you are interested please call the Station House at 401.596.0212 for an application or come to the Station House at 65 Crandall Avenue on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Any one, any age can help, whether it be fire fighting, fire police or just helping out around the Fire Station House. There is an annual monetary Firefighter Incentive Award available to all members if attendance criteria for meetings, work details, training and call-outs is met. All members are also eligible for an additional $20,000 AD&D Insurance Policy.
