Car Passes to park at the beaches are available at the Benson Avenue Beach during beach open hours.

1. Beaches are private Misquamicut Fire District property for use of property owners, residents, or renters and their guests.
2. The operating hours are:
   Daily - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
   Weekends & Holidays - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. Seasonal Passes or Weekly Passes are required. Violators may be towed at owner's expense.
4. No parking in handicap spaces without a valid handicap-parking permit.
5. Cars left in parking lots after 6:00 p.m. may be towed at owner's expense.
6. Seasonal passes can be purchased by Misquamicut Fire District property owners and residents.
7. Weekly passes can be purchased by Misquamicut Fire District property owners, residents and renters.

Whether you are a permanent resident, seasonal owner, an owner renting their property or a visting renter, it is important to adhere to these Regulations so that we may all enjoy our time in Misquamicut.
