1. The recreation complex is private Misquamicut Fire District property for use of property owners, residents, or renters and their guests.
2. The basketball court and volleyball courts operating hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
3. The tennis court operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
4. Use of alcohol at the recreation complex is prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the Misquamicut Fire District property.
5. Glass containers shall not be used at the recreation complex.
6. A pass must be obtained from the Beach Manager/Assistant Beach Manager (At Benson Avenue Beach) to allow use of the courts. Individuals wanting to use the facilities must provide support they are a property owner, resident or renter.
7. Use of courts is limited to a one hour period.
8. Use of the tennis court is on a reservation sign up basis and cannot be reserved more than 48-hours in advance. The sign-up sheet shall be maintained at the tennis court during the operating hours.
9. Proper footwear (sneakers) shall be worn (sandals, flip-flops, bare feet, shoes, etc. are prohibited).

Whether you are a permanent resident, seasonal owner, an owner renting their property or a visting renter, it is important to adhere to these Regulations so that we may all enjoy our time in Misquamicut.
