All trash must be placed in the Westerly Orange bags or it will not be picked up. Bags are available at local stores.

All recyclables must be placed in a separate container.

The contract with EZ Waste Systems provides for back yard pick-up so you should not place your trash or recyclables at the curb.

All trash and recyclables must be ready at 7:00 a.m. on pick-up day.

If you rent your house or cottage, please ensure that your renters are aware of these regulations.

Whether you are a permanent resident, seasonal owner, an owner renting their property or a visting renter, it is important to adhere to these Regulations so that we may all enjoy our time in Misquamicut.
